10 simple recommendations for kidney health


FIRST:Consume at least 6-8 glasses of fluid per day. Give up caffeine.

You should not drink liquid in large quantities at a time, as this greatly overloads the kidneys (depending on the physiological characteristics and with already known kidney diseases, the norm may be changed).
