Ayurvedic naturopathy

Today, it is presented to us in a healthy way of life.Test your energy type, follow the laws of nature, find a rhythm from the imbalance, and set off when you return.

AYURVEDA (AYURVEDA) IS A Sanskrit WORD MEANING “the SCIENCE OF LIFE AND LONGEVITY”.According to legend, this is a medical theory that the ancient saints of India gathered to discuss together, and it is also known as the “mother of medical treatment” in India.

According to the view of Ayurveda, everyone is a work of cosmic energy and has a unique personality and temperament.

The most dominant wind energy, fire energy, and water energy from the parents' bodies, coupled with the seasonal attributes, emotional state, and environmental factors during gestation, are combined into a person's physical setting.(This should have a certain similarity with what we call genes)

The so-called “equilibrium” state does not mean the equivalent of the three energies of wind, fire, and water, but refers to the “golden ratio” of these three energies when a person is born, which is the unique equilibrium value of TA.

When the ratio of the three energies is similar to that at birth, it shows that a person is in a healthy state; and when this balance is disrupted, it can lead to disease, including all aspects of body, mind and spirit.

"Ayurveda“ is a healing method that helps people adjust from an ”unbalanced state“ to a ”natural state". It can help us maintain physical and mental health or awaken the self-healing power in the body.

This kind of healing system is broad and profound, and roughly includes: handprints, floral oils, diet therapy, herbal medicine, oil pressure massage, yoga postures, breathing pranayama, and meditation.

In fact, there are many hidden similarities between ”Ayurveda" and traditional Chinese culture, such as the concept of the five elements, which believes that everything in the world is composed of earth, water, fire, wind, and air, and therefore it also exists in each of us as individuals.

The five elements of the body combine with each other to form the three major life energies in the human body, collectively referred to as "doshas" (doshas), which are:

The proportion of each person's five elements in the body is different, and the composition of Duxia is different, which also creates a unique physique for each person.Maintaining the balance of the three vital energies through diet, practice, herbal medicine, massage, and meditation is the foundation of Ayurvedic medicine.

If you want to perform “Ayurveda”, first of all, you must find out your "natural physique“: is it a wind-type person, a fire-type person, or a water-type person?(It is also possible that some people have mixed physiques)

If you can't get up during the day, can't sleep at night, and are easily tired during the day, then you need to adjust your biological clock now.

According to Ayurvedic theory, to maintain a healthy body, you need to follow the principles of the laws of nature-work at sunrise and rest at sunset, so as to maintain physical and mental health. You may wish to learn some health tips to regain your physical and mental balance.

The hours before dawn are controlled by wind energy, so getting up before sunrise can keep you energetic all day long.On the other hand, if you get up after sunrise, you will feel slow to move due to the gravity control of water energy.

Nirvana before morning breathing or meditation exercises is a good prelude. It can help us clean the waste in our noses, help us breathe and open up the air veins.

Put the adjusted light salt water into a clean pot, hold the pot in your left hand, tilt your head to the right, point the spout at the left nostril, seal the nostril, and let the water in the pot flow into the left nostril. At this point you need to breathe with your mouth, and water will flow in through your left nostril and out through your right nostril. Then repeat the other side.

Ayurveda recommends using a tongue scraper to scrape the tongue forward and back several times to remove toxins from the tongue. You can do this ritual before brushing your teeth to stimulate your digestive signals and help your body think about the first meal.

Before you brush your teeth or eat, drink a glass of warm water (light salt water or honey water) with lemon slices, which can flush the kidneys and gastrointestinal tract.

According to Ayurvedic theory, massaging the body with pure essential oils can promote detoxification and nourish the skin. Try to massage the body for ten minutes after getting up in the morning.

After sunset, you can dim the lights at home to give your body and mind a signal that the daytime activities are over.Stop electronic devices at least one hour before going to bed, read some inspirational books or stay with family and friends.

As night falls, you can light a incense or scented essential oil and take a hot bath. These odors have a calming and balancing effect. When we associate these aromas with a specific state, such as relaxation, the brain produces relaxing memories.

Doing a foot massage in Ayurveda, from the heel, toes, to the ankle, can relax the entire body in a few minutes.

Drinking a glass of hot milk before going to bed is a good medicine for insomnia in Ayurveda. If you don't drink milk, you can also drink chamomile or lemon tea instead.

Before meditating at night or going to bed, you can spend a few minutes doing alternating nostril breathing exercises. It can calm the nervous system, open the middle veins of balance, and stabilize your thoughts.

First press the right nasal passage with your thumb, inhale with your left nostril, then release your right nostril and exhale. After inhaling from your right nostril, press your thumb again and exhale from your left nostril. This is a cycle. Try to do it 5-10 times. This exercise can help you transition from active to peaceful and relax your body and mind.
